The 2026 Ford E-Transit gets a digital refresh for the new model year, with a new architecture that allows over-the-air updates and adds a 5G modem, plus a standard 12-inch center display with SYNC 4 infotainment. The E-Transit’s active safety systems also get an upgrade, with standard Co-Pilot360 across the range, and Co-Pilot360 2.0 available. The E-Transit also gets an HVAC heat pump system as standard equipment now, enhancing efficiency in hot or cold weather.

Like the inside, the E-Transit’s exterior is all about function, with its proportions dictated by the need for space inside. That said, it’s a handsome work van.
A single motor drives the E-Transit’s rear wheels with 266 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, powered by the 89 kWh battery pack. There is no official MPGe rating for the E-Transit, as it’s in a class that doesn’t need to report such figures.
