"I traded an 88 chevy van for my 92 mx-3 and I only had to put a new clutch in it. Best car I have had great on gas, reliable, and surprisingly good in the snow (I live in the mountains) for a 2wd. not the peppiest car in the world but it gets me from A to B safely. Good car for taking trips up and down the mountain. Plus this car is easy to work on. I plan on keeping this car for a long time even if I get a new one I think its a good looking car and for the price I paid it was worth every penny."
"I have had a 1993 Mazda MX3 since 2007.
These great little cars that are fast and fun to drive, great on gas, easy to work on and look very sporty.
When I bought the car it had major wiring problems (melted Dash Pad) and was very poorly taken care of but the body looked alright. I got the car for $300 and decided to rebuild it. Not only was it rather easy to disassemble but the parts were affordable and easy to install. I rewired the whole car back to front and under the hood. Replaced everything except the main body and the two passenger doors, replaced the motor and transaxel and painted the car. I did this all for about $1000"
