The 2021 Hyundai Elantra has been named Car of the Year by the Hispanic Motor Press. A jury of 24 Hispanic automotive journalists and industry influencers examined more than 100 new vehicles before reaching their decision.
“Being one of the best-selling cars in the world, the Hyundai Elantra has to deliver to the most demanding customers across the globe,” explained Ricardo Rodriguez-Long, president of the Hispanic Motor Press. The all-new Elantra includes a full lineup from the hybrid version to a sportier version with the N model. The build quality of built and overall performance is proof that this Korean automaker has become a force in the industry.”
Hispanic buyers, the organization says, “represent 30 percent of the growth in new-vehicle sales.”
