If you’re looking for a compact pickup with a solid gold reputation for durability and reliability, the short list of choices will likely land you in one of the many 2015 Toyota Tacoma models. Off-roaders will appreciate the new TRD Pro Series.
While the Tacoma compact pickup from Toyota is competent, it can’t match the payload or passenger capacity of a full-size pickup. With no V8 or diesel engine option, the Tacoma’s towing and fuel-economy figures are also limited.
