If you’re looking for a purist’s driving machine, and you don’t mind spending north of $50,000 to attain one, the 2015 Porsche Boxster convertible is about as good as it gets.
If your next convertible must also be a year-round vehicle, a retractable hardtop found on cars like the BMW Z4 might make more sense. The AWD capability of the Audi TT might also be a more enticing feature.
