"I have owned my 1988 5-spd for 13 years. This car is hard to beat. It has been very dependable and fun to drive, especially on a curvy road. I have been able to get the upper hand over newer vehicles I have challenged both from a stop and on a back country road. The gas mileage is phenomenal 32-33mpg!! My mom nicknamed my car "the silver bullet" and later "old Faithful". Iam getting a new accord but I am still keeping my Mazda and sad not to be driving it much anymore."

"Man does this thing go and go. Easy to keep up; looks nice and holds a paint job. Gas used is typical for the '90's - 20 mpg or so. Mechanically and body very sound and solid."
