What Owners are Saying About the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe
"Immaculate Ride- Reliable and Stylish"
"Looking for the perfect SUV that’s reliable, adventurous, and fuel-efficient? This Jeep Rubicon 4xe Sport Utility 4D is exactly what you need! ✔ Hybrid Turbo 2.0L Engine – Save money by charging at home ✔ 8-Speed Automatic & 4WD – Handles any terrain with ease ✔ New Tires – Ready to roll with confidence ✔ Utah-Approved – Perfect for skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventures ✔ Eco-Friendly & Powerful – The best of both worlds I bought this Jeep for my kids and me to explore the outdoors, and it’s been an absolute joy. It’s hard to let go, but I just upgraded to another Jeep. This one deserves a home where it will be loved and appreciated! 🚗 Drive it, and you’ll feel the luck, adventure, and savings it brings!"
"Dream Car Now a Nightmare"
"I leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe expecting a reliable vehicle and support network, and instead I’ve dealt with ongoing safety concerns, repeated defects, and an extremely frustrating service experience. What makes this especially disappointing is that owning a Jeep Wrangler had been my dream for over 20 years. Since taking delivery, the vehicle has experienced sudden loss of power while driving, recurring infotainment failures including Apple CarPlay shutting down, and multiple issues tied to the several widely known 4xe recalls. I was instructed not to charge the vehicle and to park it outside for 3-4 months and away from structures due to battery fire risk before a “fix”was in place. — completely defeating the purpose of leasing a plug-in hybrid and significantly increasing my fuel costs. What has made this even worse is the lack of support after the sale. Despite being assured that local dealerships would service the vehicle, no dealership within 30 miles has been willing to work on it because I did not purchase it from their location. Being stuck with a vehicle that has serious unresolved issues and then being unable to get reasonable local service has been incredibly disappointing. After waiting 20+ years to finally own my dream vehicle, this entire experience has been heartbreaking. I would strongly caution anyone considering a Jeep 4xe lease or expecting dependable post-sale customer support."
"Willy's 4xe - 2024"
"It's actually a very nice vehicle. Even with the few hiccups it's a fun car to enjoy. Plus the added electric miles are nice to have"
