The Infiniti QX60 is a sensible choice in midsize luxury SUVs. Its competitive pricing, generous list of standard features, stellar safety ratings, and good resale value make it a great SUV for drivers looking for a balance of luxury and practicality. The third row is an afterthought in some midsize SUVs, but the QX60 has a clever one-touch, tilt-and-slide seating system that makes the third row easy to get in and out of, and we can confirm it works well with child car seats installed.
In this price range of 3-row midsize luxury SUVs, the Infiniti QX60 competes with the Acura MDX, Lincoln Aviator, and Cadillac XT6.
The Infiniti QX60 gets one minor update for 2024. It now comes with a free 3-year trial of the Infiniti InTouch Services Premium bundle of infotainment tech features on every trim. Previously, you only got one year.
2024 INFINITI QX60 pricing starts at $34,400 for the QX60 PURE Sport Utility 4D, which had a starting MSRP of $53,000 when new. The range-topping 2024 QX60 AUTOGRAPH Sport Utility 4D starts at $44,600 today, originally priced from $67,450.

The Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price for any individual used vehicle can vary greatly according to mileage, condition, location, and other factors. The prices here reflect what buyers are currently paying for used 2024 INFINITI QX60 models in typical condition when purchasing from a dealership. These prices are updated weekly.
Before buying a QX60, check the Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price to know what you should really pay. Infiniti QX60 resale value is above average for the segment.
The Infiniti QX60 is powered by a 295-horsepower V6 engine matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission and front- or all-wheel drive. We found this V6 to be smooth and responsive, with enough muscle to carry a full load of passengers comfortably. What’s not so smooth is the unrefined automatic start/stop system, which we often found ourselves turning off with the button by the shifter.
Ride quality is a strong suit of the Infiniti QX60. A quiet cabin and a smooth ride contribute to a serene driving experience. This luxury SUV prioritizes comfort over performance, but we enjoyed the occasional spirited drive when we put it in Sport mode during our testing.
The optional all-wheel-drive system makes the QX60 more suitable for snowy roads. Additionally, every QX60 has a Snow drive mode to optimize control and traction in winter driving.
We’ve spent hundreds of hours driving and evaluating this generation of midsize luxury SUVs, including the Infiniti QX60.
The Infiniti QX60 gets a combined fuel economy rating of 23 mpg with FWD and 22 mpg with AWD, and premium fuel is recommended. That’s slightly more efficient than the Acura MDX, Cadillac XT6, and Lincoln Aviator. Still, the V6 in the Cadillac and Lincoln don’t have a premium gas recommendation, so they have slightly lower estimated fuel costs than the Infiniti.
The 3-row interior of the Infiniti QX60 is both premium and practical. The front seats are supportive and comfortable, and we love that leather seats come standard in the first two rows. The infotainment system is easy to use and has some nice tech features like wireless Apple CarPlay.
Another excellent standard interior feature is the One-Touch second-row seats. One push of a button tilts and slides these seats forward for easy access to the third row. We tested this feature with child car seats in the second row, and it still worked great.
While the third-row seats are easy to get in and out of, there isn’t much room back there for adults, with only 28 inches of legroom. We were comfortable in the second-row seats with 37.7 inches of legroom, and we liked having the extra cupholders and storage space in the removable second-row center console with the Autograph trim.
The QX60 has 14.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row, 41.6 cubic feet behind the second row, and 75.4 cubic feet behind the first row. These interior dimensions are close to the average for this segment, but one of its closest rivals, the Lincoln Aviator, is a bit roomier. The Aviator boasts 18.3 cubic feet of room behind the third row and 77.7 cubic feet of maximum cargo room.
The stylish Infiniti QX60 incorporates some pleasant curves into its boxy body design, giving it a unique aesthetic. The 20-inch wheels and black contrast roof on the Autograph trim turn the premium style up a notch.
One-Touch second-row seats
The One-Touch second-row seats in the QX60 tilt and slide forward at the touch of a button. This feature makes the third row easy to access, even with child car seats installed.
ProPilot Assist with Navi-link
This system controls acceleration, braking, and steering on the highway. The driver sets the speed, keeps their hands on the wheel, and then lets the QX60 SUV follow the road while maintaining a consistent gap to the vehicle in front. Because ProPilot is linked to the navigation system, it anticipates turns and slows the vehicle accordingly. This is standard on all but the base trim.
InTouch infotainment system
The standard InTouch infotainment system has a 12.3-inch display, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM, HD Radio, and more.
Dynamic Meter Display
That’s Infiniti’s term for a customizable 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that comes in the three upper trims and goes well with the standard 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen.
Panoramic moonroof
Every trim of the Infiniti QX60 comes standard with a panoramic moonroof with a power sunshade. This opens up the interior and adds to the premium feel of this SUV.
Bose Performance Series audio
This rich 17-speaker premium audio system creates a luxurious audio experience for every passenger in the QX60. It’s standard on the top two trims and optional on the Luxe model.
The Infiniti QX60 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine rated at 295 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. Those specs are very similar to the standard V6 in the Acura MDX and the optional V6 that powers most Cadillac XT6 models, but the standard turbo V6 in the Lincoln Aviator is much more potent. The QX60 sends power to the front or all four wheels via a responsive 9-speed automatic transmission.
The basic warranty for the 2024 QX60 is four years or 60,000 miles, whichever happens first. The powertrain warranty departs slightly from the usual (in a good way) by lasting six years or 70,000 miles. Infiniti sweetens the deal with a 3-year/30,000-mile complimentary maintenance plan.
The Infiniti QX60 receives a 5-Star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and it’s an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) Top Safety Pick+. It earns these excellent safety ratings thanks to favorable crash-test results and many standard safety features like automatic emergency braking, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, and more.
