"Bought new in 1997, have taken it from California to Lake Powell three times, Colorado two times, the mountains and it now has 117,000 miles on it and I still love it but the gas cost is getting crazy so I bought an economical 2004 Toyota Corolla but have to keep my van for pleasure use. Great for traveling, I take naps on my lunch hour on the seat in back that folds out, great for moving. I get more compliments on it even at 11 years old. Had to do some minor repairs, water pump, starter and other things but not excessive and expected with the mileage. I have off road tires that have really been wonderful. So nice to be able to see up high. I totally am very happy with this van that is why I will not get rid of it."

"95 2500 Passenger van with sliding side door. Overall reliable transportation for a large family, but noisy. It's a truck, not an SUV. It holds 8 people and all the stuff for long trips, pulls trailers well, cleans up easily. No problems with engine or transmission - now at 122K miles. The sliding door is single worst piece of Chrysler engineering I've seen. Avoid that door at all costs - it regularly falls off! Otherwise mechanically sound and reliable. Seating position for passengers is better than Ford vans. 15mpg average with 5.3 liter engine. Easy to work on yourself - simple machine. I don't like the drivers seat or maybe its just the driving position, but that's just me."
