If your family is growing, but you don’t find a minivan appealing, the Dodge Journey SUV offers seating for up to seven, an available V6 engine and all-wheel drive, and it will take on just about anything that can be crammed into a typical minivan while avoiding the minivan image.
The Journey will seat seven passengers, but not as comfortably as something larger, like a Chevrolet Traverse or Honda Pilot. And, while the standard 4-cylinder engine helps hold down the price, it’s noisy and leaves the Journey driver wishing for more power for dealing with hills and freeway traffic.
