Ford announced a new Carhartt Package for the 2027 F-Series Super Duty. While Carhartt badges and graphics are part of this package, there is much more to it than meets the eye.
This is a bundle of gear for those who use Super Duty trucks for hard work. It’s only available for the XLT Crew Cab single-wheel (as opposed to dually) F-250 and F-350 models. This trim level is one up from the base model XL. It’s offered with the Premium Package and can be matched to the FX4 package. It will be available with six exterior colors: Marsh Grey, Iconic Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, and Neptune Blue, which is new for 2027.
Aside from the manhole-inspired 20-inch machined and painted wheels that are only available with this package and the aforementioned badges and graphics, the Carhartt bundle also adds off-road running boards with a textured finish, a Tough Bed spray-in bedliner, floor mats inspired by Carhartt’s tool bags, and more.

Arguably the most interesting part of this package is the seat material. Inspired by the tough, rugged Duck Canvas that Carhartt jackets are known for, the Carhartt package includes a new type of commercial-grade cloth built for excellent durability. It is said to resist abrasion and repel dirt and liquids. It is also said to feel like oiled walnut jersey fabric. There is triple stitching that was inspired by Carhartt that further enhances the durability of the seats.
This package will cost $4,195 when the models go on sale at dealerships this fall, or you can pre-order now.
Carhartt and Ford have shared ties for over 100 years, and both started in Dearborn, Michigan. Ford has said their collaboration will continue, with a focus on supporting “workforce development, community building, and durable products that strengthen the Essential Economy and skilled trades.”
