Boosting its appeal for the new year, the 2016 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 gets a number of subtle but effective upgrades but maintains 2015 pricing for the Coupe and recently-revealed Spyder models. One the efficiency front, the 601-horsepower mid-mounted 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 now boasts cylinder deactivation that shuts down one bank when full power is not required to help save gas and reduce CO2 emissions. Lambo also tweaked the AWD system on the cars, modifying the control programming to provide a more neutral feel particularly in the Strada (Street) mode.

In addition to adding more charm to the cabin with new accents, additional leather trim and a larger standard color palette, Lamborghini has expanded the scope of its Ad Personam customization program to offer a broader range of distinctive interior and exterior choices, including new heritage colors and matte paints. The Huracan LP 610-4's conventional option roster also has grown and now encompasses Lamborghini's 10-speaker Sensonum audio system, LED lighting for the engine compartment and carbon fiber or clear covers for the bay itself, cruise control, an additional 12V powerpoint, cupholders and a travel pack with front/rear cargo nets.

Pricing for the 2016 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 Coupe starts at $245,940 with the Huracan LP 610-4 Convertible expected to command roughly $10,000 more when it goes on sale here.
