This car makes all internal combustion engine cars antiques. Range anxiety is none existent. Really, can it get any easier than to plug your car in at home and leave every morning with a full "tank". Or, go days without charging and charge all at once overnight. On long trips the Tesla network is perfect, you charge to 80% in about 20 minutes and then move on. The car is very smooth and quiet riding. Without a clunky engine running it is such a pleasure to drive. And is it fast. The instantaneous power is intoxicating. The car is very well constructed and the software updates make it seem like a new car every time you receive one. No stops at gas stations, no oil changes, no filters, no exhaust system, no tune-ups. After 8 months and over 10,000 miles my maintenance costs = $0 and my cost to charge = ±$250.

I highly recommend that you wait until many more electric vehicles come out from other automobile manufacturers. The car is fun to drive and has a lot of easy to use features, but the quality of the components and the build of the car is poor!!!

I am a 68 yr old Harley-Davidson man. I have had over 34 cars in my life (I manage a body shop). Never have I owned such a marvelous high tech car. FULL SELF DRIVE is totally amazing, look around,very seldom do you see a Tesla broke down on the side of the road. The torque alone reminds me of my Harley-Davidson, love this vehicle.
Overall it has been a terrible car. Ill preface this by saying this car is good for non car people but not for car people. It has been extremely unreliable. Had two high voltage battery failures within the first two years. First happened around 12 months and 10K miles. Tesla replaced the battery and took a couple weeks. Then it had a second high voltage battery failure around 18 months and 15K miles. Tesla replaced the second batter which took a couple weeks. The car has shut off randomly while driving on the highway and rebooted itself. The positives: the acceleration is great, looks decent, cameras are great. The negatives: The drive experience is extremely boring and soul-less (no sounds or gears really diminish the fun of driving), sounds system is really under par for the cost of the car, HORRIBLE AIR CONDITIONING, build quality is terrible ( everything rattles, bumper is slowing changing color, panels do not align), range is much worse than advertised, the charging shuts off when my garage gets too hot, car tries to predict direction when parallel parking

Tesla advertises low maintenance costs but they use terribly low quality parts that constantly need repairs out of warranty. Their service centers have terrible service with "service advisors" who could not care less about helping customers. They will leave you 1 month+ with a broken AC system in the heat od the summer. They will use the cheapest plastic possible on their parts. Such a useless joke of a car. Save your money and buy anything else.

One of the best vehicles I've owned - seamless user experience with industry leading tech (including the full self driving), great build quality, fun to drive, etc.
I love this car! I’ve had it for 3 years, I put about 5000 miles a year on it and I replaced the tires because I had one bad tire and wanted new ones. The best vehicle that I’ve ever owned. It’s fast and smooth. My only complaint is that it’s black and shows scratches up close but it look good.

I’d only recommend the Performance version to someone who knows how to keep their distance—this Model 3 Performance is an absolute beast on the road.

Secord Tesla Model 3 I've had, performance is the best and low cost too. 1/3 of the cost of gas vehicles and very low maintenance.
What an awesome driving experience. Bought new Model 3 dual in August 2019. Charging station installed in my garage. Perfect woman’s vehicle. Charging easy. Had to have 12volt battery installed but did not go to dealership.. locally done.. no big deal. 58,084 miles in March 2026. I would like a new model but updates keep it running smoothly with new tweaks. Once you have owned and driven one….its an easy decision to buy again…
