Following the purchase of your new Porsche, it’s a smart move to seek repairs through factory authorized dealers, who have firsthand knowledge of your vehicle, as well as being up to date in the latest service bulletins issued by the manufacturer.

In the case of leases, many car leases including those from Porsche’s financial partner, Porsche Financial Services, require the use of Porsche original equipment parts when making your 911, Cayman, Boxster, Cayenne, Macan or other Porsche vehicle whole again.

Training

Porsche mechanics receive factory-authorized training from Universal Technical Institute (UTI) facilities on the latest techniques necessary to keep your Porsche running. After undergoing basic technical training, technicians progress on to Porsche-specific topics. Through this continuing education process, dealership mechanics and independent technicians become better equipped with knowledge for an effective repair of your Porsche vehicle. They also receive access to tools and service advisories not available to non-certified shops.

Loan car policy

The Porsche Approved Collision Center Program is a network of dealers and independent auto repair shops which have been certified by Porsche Cars North America. Inspected yearly, they receive support and have access to the latest information, knowledge and service bulletins detailing the proper care and maintenance of your Porsche vehicle.
