What Owners are Saying About the 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora

"Wish They Still Made 'Em"

"This is my 2nd Aurora - both had 4.0 V8's and both were/are dark red in color. My 02' is one of the best overall cars I've owned - and my stable has had 7 Corvettes a 425 hp 409 Chevy, a 426 Hemi Road Runner and 3 GTOs over the years. The Aurora has the style, the ride and the luxury features + the ultra performance I require in my vehicles. Very little in maintanence -'cept for those bothersome sensors that need to be replaced on a regular basis! I get 28 - 30 mpg on the highway and around 17 in town. The Bose stereo is top notch. I only wish they still made them coz' I'd surely buy another one.."

"great car"

"it didnt run for years till a family member drove it down from south dakota and it was completely fine"

"You'll Fall In Love"

"This is a great car for someone looking for "affordable luxury". I was immediately impressed with all of the options that it has from rain sensing wiper blades to heated front seats (the one I own has an extra options package). The ride is a smooth and quiet one and the engine gives you good power when needed. The orientation of the driver controls and radio are nice, everything seems like it's wrapped around you for easy access. The one major downside I've experienced is maintenance costs. I have had horrible luck over the past year, different things seem to go bad every couple of months and they're NOT CHEAP TO REPAIR! That hasn't been enough to sour my opinion of the car, maybe that says something for it's overall appeal."
