Nissan TITAN XD Crew Cab

Nissan TITAN XD Crew Cab

About Nissan TITAN XD Crew Cab

The new 2017 Nissan Titan XD, which is significantly different than the standard 2017 Titan, straddles the line between half-ton pickup trucks like the full-size Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado, and the three-quarter-ton F-250 and Ram Heavy Duty 2500. Although they look nearly identical, the XD has a more robust frame than the half-ton Titan and offers a 5.0-liter V8 Cummins turbodiesel engine, which makes towing and hauling feel nearly effortless as well as increases fuel economy and range. Truck buyers who need to tow more than 12,300 pounds or carry more than 2,500 pounds of payload should look to a true heavy-duty, but those who are near the limits of a full-size truck's capacity should consider stepping up to the Titan XD.

"To be fair there are many trucks on the market, but hands down this is a heavy duty truck. With use in construction, I can haul a bed full of logs and a dump trailer and handling never changed, still strong and no feel of drag whatsoever, on top of that with the added bonus of a very smooth ride. Mostly what caught my eye is the cummins diesel engine and the alison trans. I own the s version with crew cab geared for hauling. As a business owner you wont go wrong on this truck (also very affordable)"

"Nissan has properly engineered this truck. Notice that I said engineered, not built. The three "majors" build trucks, which have irregular workmanship, lack of detail, and quality control. With a proven Cummings engine and an interior (Platinum Edition) that rivals Lexus, Nissan has set a new standard. Written by an Ex F-250 super duty owner."
