I owned a 2011 Rogue and had zero problems with it, but when it came time to purchase a new car, I wanted something different. I felt so strongly that I literally didn’t even look at the Rogue during my research. I read many websites and everyone rated the Honda CR V in their top 3, while I haven’t seen the Rogue get any higher than 4th. So, I test drove the Honda CR V. I was satisfied but not excited. I left the dealership saying to myself, “SUVs are just not that exciting.” I was all set to go back and purchase it but I decided to look at the Nissan Rogue on the Nissan website. I loved the new look! The next day I went to test drive it and left only after I purchased it! I was in love as soon as I saw it on the showroom floor. Sitting in it made me feel secure and even fancy! It’s comfortable, but it’s also well designed. The front row storage is plentiful, convenient, and innovative. The backseat is comfortable and the a/c cents to the back are awesome. (My 2011 didn’t have those.) The cargo space is similar to my 2011. The safety features are plentiful but overwhelming; note, however, that they would be overwhelming in any car I bought because I’ve never owned a vehicle that had any of those features. I cannot say enough good things about this vehicle. I’m excited to drive it, though, and for me that was shocking. Even my 2011 when it was new didn’t feel exciting exactly. I only hope that this Rogue holds up as well as my other one. I firmly believe this vehicle belongs higher up on the lists.

Leased the car on 11/23/2020 when my lease on the 2018 was about to mature. Starting two weeks later trouble with the display , then the remote starter. Warning lights come and alerts flash on and off for no reason. When I went to enter the car after shopping the emergency brake engaged kept flashing. And would not disengage. Yesterday while driving the alert beep went off and a warning lights flashes on the dashboard. As quick as it went on it went off Everyone it goes in for service the say there is no code for them to figure out what is going . Car is a safety risk. My other Rogues were great and no problem this one is a big disappointment and very frustrating

Gas mileage, look of the vehicle, interior, extra features like 360 Degree camera/safety features. Also comfy seats!

Prior to buying my 2023 Nissan Rogue new, I had a 2015 Nissan Altima. I really liked my Altima and enjoyed driving it, which is why I stuck with the Nissan line for the Rogue. I am not impressed with the Rogue and seem to have constant annoying issues with the car, of which I never had with the Altima. The stock tires they had on the car upon purchase were absolute garbage and didnt last 11k of their 20k life span. No accountability by the dealership to help replace the tires, sent me to deal with the manufacturer on my own. The radio had multiple issues where it wouldn't connect to my iPhone or the wireless carplay adapters consistently; the windows squeal as they go down in warm weather, a problem they cannot fix and that I have been dealing with for the 3 years I have owned the car, the acceleration is weak, and overall its just not a fun car to drive. This being my first true new car purchase, I am not impressed.

The car is unreliable, you never know when the engine or transmission will fail.
I bought the 2023 Nissan Rogue, within a year and a half the engine failed, the transmission failed and it has been in the shop for over 2 months total to fix it all. I was given a 2020 loaner Sentra and it has the same transmission issues. Nissans are terrible cars, untrustworthy and unsafe.
Very roomy, comfortable and appears to be good quality inside.
Entertainment center could be better and Nissan needs a Hybrid that isn't a plug-in version.
Thus far the vehicle is smooth, very roomy and very comfortable. Getting use to things I don't have in this SV compared to what I had in my 2018 Nissan Altima SV that was loaded with sun-roof and technology package.

GOOD: Comfortable seats BAD: 48K miles scared it won't start! Lane assist is useless, vibration in the wheel over correcting the lane departure. Steering wheel odd shaped, mirror are tear drop style can't see out clearly, shifter is so dumb took forever to find reverse, odd cabin noises, bumpy ride.
2 weeks after Nissan Corporate pulled their dealership out of Key West I got an engine recall. 250 mile round trip to get service. Fortunately the Nissan Dealer I was forced to go to had a Chevy Traverse for sale and I grabbed it. Nissan went from one of the most popular cars in the Keys to the most hated.
Bought a new 2026 last month and it is so fun to drive! Seats are incredibly comfortable and has a surprising little pickup with the turbocharged 3-cyl. Plus, you cant beat the safety features it has. I have multiple friends and family members that are looking into trading their older vehicles in for one!
I can go anywhere. I love.the mountains a d the oceans. It's my safe place, I get lost and nan truly myself at last.
