If you need a small cargo van that’s inexpensive to own and to operate, the 2019 Nissan NV200 warrants a close look. It’s fuel-efficient, nimble and willing to work, and we like how its passenger seat folds flat to serve as a desktop.
If you need to haul more than the NV200’s 1,480-pound limit, the Ford Transit Connect (1,610 pounds) and the Ram ProMaster City (1,866 pounds) are better choices. Also, the Ford and Ram are both available as passenger haulers, offering seven and five seats, respectively.
