What Owners are Saying About the 1997 MAZDA MPV
"Love This Vehicle"
"My MPV is still going strong, and we purchased it new 19 years ago. We've replaced our second car - thrice - while this one is still going strong. Very reliable. I love it -- a van that drives and feels more like a car. In 19 years, the only non-routine maintenance item we've had to replace was the air conditioning's compressor - around year 15."
"I love my MPV"
"I bought my MPV in Key West, Fl. in 2001 from a dealer and got a good price (half Bluebook) because it was covered with bumper stickers and had 93000 miles on it. At the time I thought it was gray. After spending several days rubbing and polishing it turned out to be a a really sharp looking vehicle. A white All-Sport with champagne cladding and bumpers. I have to say that after owning Cadillacs, Mercedes Benz, Acuras, and Honda Accords, this is the most enjoyable vehicle that I have owned. The quality is amazing! After 11 years it still looks and runs like new and though I am in a position to get a newer car if I want, I wouldn't even consider it. It's styling is still contemporary. I think it's one of the best looking and reliable cars on the road. I am 62 years old and never thought that I would keep the same vehicle for this many years!"
"One of the most reliable car out there"
"We bought this car in '94 and still have it. With this car we had different other ones but this car stayed in our family. It always got us safely back home from the longest trips. Its not a sport car and but it is comfortable. It likes fuel, and with 170k it starting to like some oil, but hey as we call it grandpa. You just maintain the normal tune-up and your golden. We will never sell this car. Too bad that they dont make cars good as this anymore. If you find MPV in good condition and want a family van BUY it!! You will have the money well spent."
