I am just turning 70 with some physical problems like sciatica and lower back pain. I am about 5'6"tall. I have been looking for a small hatchback for about a year and test drove about 8-9 cars that fit the bill. For ME the priorities were 1. Seat comfort 2. Ability to see over stearing wheel 3. Roominess for errands at home lumber stores, etc 4. Clearance off the ground---ie. some cars hit curb when parking 5. Fun to drive 6. Last but not least: price under $25k There are a number of cars that have better gas mileage and equal roominess, but only one other of them had seats with power assisted drivers seat and lumbar support because they cater to a younger crowd. Kia hit the mark with this car for my age group as well as younger with all the cool technology. It is easy to get in and out of, is peppy enough to pass if needed, has plenty of room, tight enough handling and VERY comfortable. Could have a little better gas milage, but not the make or break feature for me. The warranty is great as well. I love this car every time I get in it!

Critical Review
The engine on my 2017 Kia Soul + seized. All of my maintenance was up to date. The Kia service department wants to charge me $6,000 for repairs. I am the second owner of the vehicle. Kia won't back their own product. There is no warranty coverage. So now I have an expressive lump of metal... Last Kia I will ever buy (was my second).

My daily use car I really like it a lot. I, bought mine pre-owned. Good gas mileage, definitely a keeper. Styling is sporty, the interior is all quality with soft seats. The suspension is pretty smooth.

Relaxing type of car :)) just fill up the tank and have some fun. The fuel mileage is efficient, affordable up keep service. Smooth ride, very nice styling, and the performance. Comfortable seats, plenty of room for passengers and the cargo area.

It's a subcompact size car, good reliability very well deserved all five stars. Resale value is very good. Fuel efficiency vehicle. Comfortable seats plenty of room for others. The suspension is smooth, performance is quick. The ratings are impressive, pretty cool ride.

Hello, I don't have any complaints. My review is all five stars. I'm happy to own this vehicle, and I like the fuel mileage. Good handling, lower cost service. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is roomie. I, enjoy driving this vehicle even on longer distance trips. It's a relaxing ride with nice quality.
Overall well designed, Performance, Value
"Overall I'm very satisfied" Pre-owned vehicle is still under the Kia 10 year 100k mileage warranty. Talk about being happy, these vehicles are fantastic so no concerns. Styling exterior that looks sporty. Interior design soft quality seats plenty of room space. Stereo system navigation etc. I, did a few upgrades, added a luggage rack, and front window tint. I, will get a small trailer hitch next. Ownership is fantastic!!

Reliable Comfort Value Quality Styling
I'm leaving a good review, my Kia soul is really fun. I, have lot's of room for my items. I, like also having good gas mileage and a vehicle that has a lower cost for service upkeep. I, really like how comfortable these seats are, plus they are heated. The stereo is fun, lot's of apps.

Very good reputation and the Kia warranty. Fuel efficiency, the performance reliability, value, quality the vehicle is outstanding!! Super fun to drive, comfortable seats plenty of cargo area. Overall, I'm providing all stars as I am happy to own mine.
