You think a luxury German crossover SUV purchase is in many respects an unimaginative purchase. Yes, they’re excellent, but they’re everywhere. The new F-Pace has its own particular style. It can look arresting without appearing angry. It also has the substance to back up the sheetmetal.
You’re already looking a few years down the road. Although Jaguar’s build quality is improving to the best it’s ever been, the company’s past form was less than stellar. If an engaging drive and good looks come a distant third and fourth behind utter reliability and resale values, you need to check out the Lexus NX.
