It is a fun vehicle to drive ,does pretty well in snow. Hard to get into the back seat. Seats fold down for good hauling for a small vehicle. I would recommend for a young single person who likes a sporty vehicle.

It needs a new transmission and probably a complete hose and lines replaced but this is my pony. One day I will be able to fix it up, a project of sorts. I had this since 2001 and it was my car, my truck and I even my home. I lived in it for a while when fleeing a domestic violence situation. But it ran good, I kept it maintained..road noise was bad. Great visibility, loved the high ruck frame. My girlfriend and I bought at the same time, she got a Isuzu 2002 and it was a cream puff. Mine was the sport, the bomb, the devil, it nickle and dime me on gas...(TERRIBLE on fuel) but like a rotten but cute boyfriend, i kept hanging in. No regrets, except the boyfriend, i should have traded him in long ago. oh well...that pothole in my life is now filled. Come to think about it maybe my mechanic was not that great, although he gave me great discounts for work, it always has something going on and it was usually repaired while we went out to lunch or dinner...hummmm. Drats, i think i got snookered. It was a GREAT vehicle. It lasted me 10 year.

Estilo, divertida, fuerte, fiable

Es un gran vehículo. Yo soy una persona pequeña así que tiene la altura y espacio interiores adecuados para mí. Su diseño exterior e interior es hermoso, incluso hoy que tiene más de 20 años sigue siendo un muy buen estilo con sus ventanas grandes, sus focos de vidrio que no se opacan como otros, sus defensas en otro color. Al estar sin capota y convertirse en un vehículo convertible te brinda posibilidades divertidas. En cuanto a la máquina, es una belleza, tiene fuerza en el motor, su estabilidad es buena sin llegar a ser excelente, yo conduzco con precaución. Su transmisión falló a los 15 años y fué reparada, ahora en sus 20 años ha vuelto a fallar y debe ser reparada de nuevo. Salvo la transmisión, este auto no se ha descompuesto de ninguna otra cosa en 20 años. Lo he manejado en largas distancias, subiendo montañas, en las playas, ha tenido una larga vida conmigo y espero me dure aún más.

It will be fifteen years this year and I still love my suv. I drive it every day and it is still a comfortable ride. I keep my oil changed and other maintenance up to date. It's a great suv and it's a shame that they stop making them.

had the car since my freshmen year of high school.i graduated 2010. i have had no problems and i still love it! just got married and we want a ''family car'' this car would work but i dont want to have to lift the carseat through the front doors to the back seat.
Fun to drive. Sporty. Very few repairs. Reliable

Gas mileage with V6 not great but I use this vehicle for driving around town so it is not a major issue.

Great car for the gas milage. Fairly reliable until mileage got higher. Parts are hard to find.

this is a great little suv drives nice and power to spair when off road this will go almost anywhere you want to go!!!
