You’ll find more horsepower in a Ford Explorer, more interior space in a Chevrolet Traverse, better fuel economy from a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and better handling from a Mazda CX-9. Driver assists standard on most competitors are optional on the Santa Fe XL, and only on the most expensive trim.
