What Owners are Saying About the 1999 GMC 3500 Extended Cab

"very relyable"

"Great running, strong 454 motor turn key fire towing package ac drives nice"

"Uses lots of GAS!"

"17 years with only 60000 miles, truck has been babied."

"Best if not towing"

"Love to drive this truck when it's empty! It handles good and rides beautifully. However, I pull a loaded 20 foot Livestock trailer a couple of times per week and it has a tremendous loss of power when towing. If you're only needing a small trailer pulled like a pop-up or a landscape trailer it would probably be fine. But for a really heavy load, it's terrible! Still rides good but absolutely NO power with heavy loads."
