"THE BEAST" NEVER FAILED TO GET US WHERE WE NEEDED TO GO - DAY IN DAY OUT. - EVEN AFTER HURRICANE SANDY BROUGHT MONSOON-LIKE RAINS FOR 3 DAYS THAT EVOLVED INTO A BLIZZARD, DUMPING SEVERAL FEET OF SNOW THAT LASTED OVER A WEEK AT OUR ELEVATION. THOUGH MUCH OF OUR COUNTY WAS PARALYZED, WE WERE ABLE TO GET AROUND WELL ENOUGH TO GO ANYWHERE OR DO ANYTHING WE NEEDED TO DO. HAVING 7 PASSENGER CAPACITY WAS A GAME WHEN ASSISTING OTHERS IN THE AREA GET NEEDED SUPPLIES, ETC., WHO WERE NOT SO WELL EQUIPPED. OUR 1997 TAHOE HAS NEVER FAILED TO DELIVER DEPENDABLE, POWEREFUL PERFORMANCE - EVEN IN THE MOST RUGGED ENVIRONMENTS AND DEMANDING CONDITIONS. PLUS, WITH IT'S TALL STANCE, TOUGH TRUCK EXTERIOR AND MODERATELY LUXURIOUS & VERY COMFORTABLE INTERIOR WITH ALL THE PREREQUISITE AM ENTITIES INCLUDING AN AWESOME SOUND SYSTEM, THE 1997 TAHOE HAS BECOME THE IVONIC FLAGSHIP VEHICLE OF ITS BRAND AND GENRE. 5 STARS."
