Ford has announced the return of employee pricing for most of its lineup through July 6. The list of vehicles is lengthy and, according to Andrew Frick, President of Ford Blue and Model e, includes most new 2025 and 2026 Ford and Lincoln models.
Last year, Ford offered employee pricing to help offset tariff costs. According to a recent article from industry publication Automotive News, this year Ford wants to celebrate “the country and customers leading up to this year’s semi-quincentennial celebration.”
Ford is also leaning into its 125-year history as an automaker and major economic contributor.
Meaningful Savings
If you’re considering purchasing a new Ford or Lincoln vehicle, the employee discount could save you thousands of dollars off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). At a time when the average new car price is nearly $50,000, any such discounts are welcome by shoppers.
The employee discount incentive may also help reduce some of the back-and-forth that comes with negotiating a price at the dealership. Buyers can also leverage other rebates, such as loyalty, student, or military discounts, as well as special finance promotions.
According to Ford, pretty much any vehicle available at participating dealerships will be eligible for the employee discount.
Ford’s return to employee pricing offers a potential path to lower costs across much of its lineup. With the promotion running through July 6, it may be of interest to buyers who have been waiting for prices to ease, particularly given the ability to combine it with other incentives. As affordability remains a concern for many consumers, programs like this can help make a new vehicle more attainable.
