Eye candy set to appear at next-week’s Specialty Equipment Market Show continues to surface on a daily basis. This batch is from the Chrysler Group and its MOPAR performance division, which will be sending no fewer than 20 total vehicles to the annual aftermarket event in Las Vegas —  a gathering Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO of Mopar, claims gives his operation a chance to flex its creative muscle using the full range of current and possible future parts and accessories.

Ram Sun Chaser

Based on a Ram 1500 Quad Cab fitted with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8, the Ram Sun Chaser sets off its Vibrance Orange Blast and two-tone Brilliant Black exterior with a concept Mopar "surf rack," two adjustable support rails housed within the tracks of the truck’s bed that can secure a long board and supplemental hooks on the side of the rails that can carry up to four boards. The Ram Sun Chaser also features a concept "Flip-Up" seatback tailgate that converts into a bench as well as a one-off deployable shower unit that draws water from a reservoir in the left-side bed box. Among the other trick touches are a 2-inch lift kit, power-dome hood, concept fender flares/17-inch beadlock wheels with color-keyed rings/black tubular side-step rails, a cabin done in black Katzkin leather set off with Vibrance Orange Blast accents and a MOPAR cat-back exhaust.

Fiat 500L Adventurer

Adding a touch of attitude to the newest member of the 500 family, the Fiat 500L Adventurer one-off complements its Bright White exterior with Vibrance Bright Orange and Satin Black accents set off with unique graphics. It boasts Mopar-designed roof rails and a carry basket while riding on 18-inch concept wheels that feature Fiat-logo center caps. It also gets a Mopar cold-air intake and Mopar cat-back exhaust that help bump output of its 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo-four engine. Inside, the 500L Adventurer has black perforated suede Katzkin seats with pearl leather seatbacks — also set off with Vibrance Orange accents — a black dash panel with a white leather insert plus a seatback coat hanger, cargo organizer and pedal set, all pulled from the Mopar accessories catalog.

Jeep Cherokee Trail Carver

Designed as a true dual-purpose player, the Jeep Cherokee Trail Carver is based on a Trailhawk 4×4 and bolsters output of its standard 3.2-liter V6 engine with a Mopar cold-air intake and a cat-back exhaust. Finished in Auburn Pearl paint with satin black/Granite Crystal accents, the Trail Carver is fitted with more aggressive wheels/tires, a concept roof basket that features orange-accent side panels wrapped in woven metallic fabric, a custom wind deflector and unique rock rails. Wrapped in Amaretto Katzkin leather, the cabin boasts a wireless smartphone charger, Wi-Fi and the Jeep Cargo Management Receiver System that securely holds a Mopar roadside emergency kit, Trailhawk bag and a first-aid kit.

2014 Mopar Chrysler 300S

Urbanly urbane, the Hemi-powered 2014 Mopar Chrysler 300S is painted in a Phantom Black Tri-coat and features a 13-bar black "Gotham" grille surround balanced by a black SRT spoiler. Complementing the car’s lowered suspension is a set of bronze-finish 20-inch alloys culled from the Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Limited Edition. Inside, this Mopar-recast 300S boasts Katzkin "Bisque" leather seats and door inserts set off by a combination of Satin Black and Mopar Bronze trim accents.

2014 Mopar Dodge Durango

A bold study in black and white, the Mopar-modified 2014 Dodge Durango features several distinctive exterior tweaks highlighted by a modified hood, smoked front/rear light lenses and trick alloy wheels. While offering few other details about its understated one-off SUV, Mopar did confirm this low-slung Durango also sports a custom red leather interior.
