The Smaller Side of Midsize Luxury

Known as the M37/M56 until Infiniti's wholesale nomenclature revamp for 2014, the Q70 is one of the smaller entries in the midsize luxury sedan segment but also among the most fun to drive. In addition to a well-regarded V6, the performance-oriented Infiniti Q70 also offers a big V8 -- an option that isn't available on the Lexus GS.

Driving It

From our 2015 Infiniti Q70 full review: "Even though it gets parched quickly, the Infiniti Q70's V8 can hustle you along back country roads and long stretches of highway comfortably. The 3.7-liter V6 is no slouch either and can get around dawdling vehicles with ease."

Hybrid Option

The hybrid setup puts out 360 horsepower, and achieves 29 mpg in the city and 34 on the highway. When it was introduced, this system earned a Guinness World Record as the world's fastest-accelerating full hybrid car.

Build and Price

Pricing for the Infiniti Q70 starts just above $50,000 and tops out at just under $77,000. Build and price your own 2015 Infiniti Q70 at KBB.com to unlock its Fair Purchase Price, 5-Year Cost to Own and more.

Long-Wheelbase Model

The Q70 receives feature updates for 2015, and the lineup has grown to include a Q70L long-wheelbase model, which offers an additional 5.6 inches of rear legroom.

The Competition

The 2015 Infiniti Q70 offers fast luxury in a reliable package, but if you're interested in something roomier or more comfort-oriented you have plenty of options, which you can read all about in KBB's Midsize Luxury Sedan Buyer's Guide.
