The Ram 1500 Rumble Bee returns for the 2027 model year, sporting a range of V8 engine options. We first learned about the trucks back in May, but the automaker recently released pricing for the muscle-bound pickups.
The least expensive Rumble comes with a 395-horsepower 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine. It starts at $62,790, including destination fee. Stepping up to the Rumble Bee 392 brings a 470-hp 6.4-liter Hemi and a $72,790 starting price. Adding the Track Pack to the 392 pushes that price up by another $10,000.
The range-topping Rumble Bee SRT features a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 and a $97,790 starting price. That MSRP buys 777 hp, an electronic locking differential, full-time 4-wheel drive, launch control, and a 3.4-second zero-to-60 mph time. Ram said those specs make the Rumble Bee SRT “the most powerful, quickest, and fastest V8-powered production truck ever.”
Ram offers two performance-oriented models outside of the Rumble Bee line, including the $77,790 inline-6 cylinder RHO and $102,790 TRX SRT, which also comes with the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine.
Other Updates and Availability
Powerful V8 engines headline the Rumble Bee’s spec sheet, but it has a handful of other upgrades to help put the power down. Ram shortened the wheelbase by 13 inches, improving handling and reducing body flex by 10%. The truck comes exclusively in a quad cab, short bed, wide-body configuration, but it retains an 8,890-pound tow rating and delivers 1,160 pounds of payload capacity.
The “entry-level” 5.7-liter V8-equipped Rumble Bee will be the first truck released. Expected to arrive late in 2026, it precedes the 392 and SRT models, which are expected to land in the first half of 2027.
