- Most trims of Mazda’s CX-5 compact SUV see minor price changes for 2027 – some higher, some lower.
- Otherwise, the popular model carries over after entering new generation just last year.
Mazda’s best-selling vehicle, the CX-5 compact SUV, was all-new for model year 2026. So it doesn’t need much of an update for the 2027 model year.
Beyond making Google Gemini voice assistant standard, Mazda is only tinkering with its price.
The 2027 CX-5 will start at $100 less than the 2026 model, mostly because Mazda has changed its destination fee. All automakers charge a mandatory fee that covers the cost of shipping the car to the dealership. Surprisingly, Mazda’s drops from $1,595 to $1,495 for 2027, even though spiking diesel prices mean the actual cost of shipping is likely higher than it was when the company last calculated the fees.
2027 Mazda CX-5 Pricing
All prices include a mandatory $1,495 destination fee. Alaska residents should add another $45. The 2027 Mazda CX-5 is scheduled to go on sale in the coming months.
