The Jeep Compass enters the 2027 model year with a handful of new standard features and a modest equipment reshuffle, while continuing to serve as the brand’s entry-level SUV. This year also marks the model’s 20th anniversary.
Cruising into 2027

For 2027, Jeep makes adaptive cruise control standard across the entire Compass lineup, adding a feature that previously required a higher trim or option package. Limited, Limited Altitude, and Trailhawk models also gain standard wireless smartphone charging and second-row USB ports.
Buyers looking for additional technology can now add a new Premium Lighting Group package on Limited, Limited Altitude, and Trailhawk trims. The package bundles LED headlights, LED taillights, and LED fog lights. A Driver Assist Package is also available, bringing a 360-degree camera system and a universal garage door opener.
