2026 Easter Jeep Safari Lineup Announced

Tens of thousands of enthusiasts flock to Moab, Utah, each year for the Easter Jeep Safari, allowing the brand to build an even stronger connection with its dedicated fan base. The event, held at one of North America’s most popular off-road destinations, enters its 60th year in 2026, and as always, Jeep is ready with a slew of concept vehicles.

The automaker plans to haul five upgraded vehicles out to Moab this year, including three Wrangler-based concepts, a blacked-out Grand Wagoneer, and one vintage-inspired off-roader based on the mid-1980s XJ Cherokee SUV. While the Easter weekend vehicles aren’t expected to appear in dealer showrooms, some of the features and styling upgrades often make it to options lists. Here’s what’s what for this year’s event.

Jeep Wrangler Anvil 715

Based on a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, the Anvil 715 features a custom non-removable roof with skylights, a unique front fascia, and an integrated air compressor for on-the-go tire pressure adjustments. Jeep also fitted the 392 Hemi V8 engine and heavy-duty steel bumpers for added power and ruggedness.

Jeep Wrangler Buzzcut

The Buzzcut has a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, but Jeep upgraded its suspension with a 2-inch lift kit and 17-inch beadlock wheels. Flat fenders and beefy rock rails add unique styling and robust protection, and the off-roader features a load of Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) inside, including a tailgate table and an air compressor.

Jeep Grand Wagoneer Commander

The Grand Wagoneer’s family-friendly three-row size doesn’t make it the most capable vehicle on the trail, but the Commander concept shows that it can hold its own with the right modifications. It features 20-inch wheels with 35-inch all-terrain tires, underbody skid plates, and Baja Designs sPOD lighting on a custom roof rack.

Jeep Wrangler Laredo

The Wrangler Willys-based Laredo concept features a Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 paired with a manual transmission. It rides on a 2-inch JPP lift kit and 17-inch wheels with 37-inch BFG KM3 tires. The stripped-down interior features cloth seating, vinyl flooring, and a more basic analog feel, according to the automaker.

Jeep XJ Pioneer

The XJ Cherokee ended production in the early 2000s, but it remains a popular choice for off-road enthusiasts today. The XJ Pioneer concept is based on a 1984 Cherokee and features a 2-inch suspension lift, custom carbon fiber fender flares, and 17-inch wheels with 33-inch BFG all-terrain tires. Inside, it features a cassette tape player, a custom cooler, and a delightful ’80s-themed tan color scheme.

The 2026 Easter Jeep Safari runs from March 28 through April 5. Jeep is planning a dedicated display in downtown Moab from March 30 through April 3, where it will hold giveaway drawings and other customer events.
