2018 Nissan Altima pricing announced, features added

Nissan Altima

Nissan has raised the Altima’s base price by $240 for 2018, to $24,025 (including destination charges), but the standard equipment list has been expanded to include Automatic Emergency Braking and Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, both of which have been made standard across the entire Altima lineup. At the other end of the 2018 Nissan Altima pricing spectrum, the V6-powered Altima 3.5 SL now starts at $34,395 – an increase of about $500 versus last year – but adds new standard features like intelligent cruise control and a new version of NissanConnect that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. In both cases the added equipment is worth more than the year-over-year price increase.

Starting prices for the entire 2018 Altima lineup (including desination):

2018 Nissan Altima 2.5 S
Starting Price: $24,025

2018 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR
Starting Price: $25,085

2018 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV
Starting Price: $27,555

2018 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL
Starting Price: $29,880

2018 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL
Starting Price: $34,395

Beyond the equipment upgrades and price increases, the Nissan Altima changes very little for 2018. Big changes are coming next year, however, as we expect a fully redesigned 2019 Nissan Altima to bow in early 2018.
