2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night unveiled

Adding stealthy character to the hottest Jeep Grand Cherokee variant, the new SRT Night debuted in Los Angeles. Available in Velvet Red as well as Billet Silver and Granite Crystal, the SRT Night retains its standard 475-horsepower/6.4-liter Hemi V8 backed by an 8-speed automatic along with the adaptive damping suspension and Selec-Track Traction Control system. It also features distinctive Gloss Black finish on the roof panel, rear spoiler, front grille bezels, B-/C-pillars and side-window surrounds plus a Satin Black front applique, hood and rear liftgate badging. The 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels also get the Satin Black treatment.

Inside, the cabin is done in Black Laguna leather with Silver stitching and has the instrument and vent bezels rendered in Light Black Chrome. In addition to all of the standard SRT kit, the Night variant will offer an optional dual-pane sunroof, 19-speaker 825-watt Harman Kardon stereo system and a dual-screen rear entertainment system as well as a full-size spare, trailering package and three-season tires. The 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night arrives in showrooms during the first quarter of next year and pricing will be announced closer to its actual on-sale date.
