Unveiled earlier this summer, the 2015 Ram ProMaster City compact van/wagon will have a starting price of $24,125 when it rolls into showrooms later this year. That figure is for the two-passenger Tradesman Cargo variant with the ProMaster City SLT Cargo model set to open at $25,650. The 2015 ProMaster City Wagon with its 60/40 fold-and-tumble 3-passenger rear bench and additional windows commences at $25,125 with the SLT Wagon commanding $26,655.

Based on the highly regarded Fiat Doblo sold in Europe, all versions of the new Ram ProMaster City are powered by a 2.4-liter/4-cylinder Tigershark gasoline engine that makes a best-in-class 178 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of peak torque. Backed by a segment-exclusive 9-speed automatic transmission, this newest Ram family member carries an EPA city rating of 21 mpg and notches 29 mpg on the highway and a 24-mpg combined. It complements those heady figures with the ability to carry a 1,883-pound maximum load and tow up to 2,000 pounds.
