Turning 60 isn’t always the greatest thing that can happen. But that’s not the case with the Porsche Club of America. To help celebrate this milepost, the world largest Porsche organization took the wraps off the 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe Limited Edition at the new Porsche Cars North America offices in Atlanta, Georgia.

Finished in a unique "Club Blau" paint, the Club Coupe features the same wide-body as a GTS but features a distinctive front fascia as well as a classic "ducktail" rear spoiler complemented by 20-inch semi-gloss black Sport Classic wheels with polished center caps. The cars also have SportDesign side mirrors, black-framed Bi-Xenon headlights with Porsche’s Dynamic Light System, black-tinted taillights and subtle black "Club Coupe" script on the doors.

Inside, the GTS Interior Package features Carmine Red contrast stitching on the seats, belts and rev counter while the dashboard trim strips, door trim and center console carry carbon fiber accents. The steering wheel has a racing style 12 o’clock marker in red and two-tone stitching in Carmine Red and Blue while the lid on the center stow bin is embossed with a "60." As a final touch, the dash boasts "GTS Club Coupe 60 Years Porsche Club of America" lettering above the glove box and the stainless steel door sill plates are inscribed with "GTS Club Coupe."

The Porsche 911 Club Coupe Limited Edition is fitted with the 3.8-liter/430-horsepower flat-six with sport exhaust system found in a standard GTS. Here, too, it can be paired with a 7-speed manual transmission or the 7-speed PDK automatic – a combo that gives the car a 3.8-seconds 0-60 mph sprint time and a top end of 189 mph. Club Coupe kit also includes Porsche Active Suspension Management with adaptive dampers and a 10mm lower ride height, Porsche Torque Vectoring and the Sport Chrono Package that also brings those trick dynamic engine mounts.

Porsche will only build 60 examples of the 2015 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe, and can only be purchased by Porsche Club of America members. Sole option is the Extended Club Coupe Package that includes a "Club Blau," vehicle key with leather pouch, leather-edged floor mats with Carmine Red and Blue stitching and an a personalized indoor car cover. The 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe Limited Edition will arrive in the U.S. this June. While 59 of the cars will carry a starting price of $137,055, the initial display vehicle seen here will be the prize in a drawing — also open only to PCA members.
