Fully living up to its great expectations, the all-new 2015 Chrysler 200 has just received a 5-Star overall rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The highest NHTSA ranking comes on the heels of the 200’s receiving a Top Safety Pick+ rating in tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

Boasting a robust core structure made from 65 percent high-strength steel, Chrysler’s sleek midsize sedan leads its segment with 60 available safety and security features, including an optional Full-speed Forward Collision Warning-Plus system that combines first-in-class camera and radar technologies as well as a standard Electronic Park Brake with SafeHold. The latter feature automatically activates the parking brake if the driver’s seatbelt is unlatched and the door is opened while forward or reverse gears are engaged to prevent an accidental rollaway from occurring.
