Few facts have emerged thus far about the new 2013 Lexus LS 460, which will be formally revealed in San Francisco on July 30th. However, the automaker has confirmed that its flagship sedan will be available in four distinct configurations: the standard LS 460, stretched-wheelbase LS 460 L, LS 600h L Hybrid and a new enthusiast-oriented LS460 F Sport variant. The latter is expected to follow in the tire tracks of previous Lexus F Sport offerings and include both cosmetic and functional enhancements, although engine output is not likely to differ from the other LS 460 models.
While the full extent of its recasting remains to be seen, a teaser image of the 2013 LS Series released earlier shows that it will get its own version of the division’s signature spindle grille treatment and is expected to introduce a new range of infotainment and safety features.
