About Cadillac CT6

With the creation of Cadillac’s flagship 2017 CT6 sedan, the legendary American luxury brand returns to the world of full-size premium-luxury cars, ready to challenge such heavyweights as the BMW 7 Series, Lexus LS and Audi A8. The CT6 borrows styling language laid down by the CTS and ATS sedans and places it on a wider and lower platform. Cadillac engineers poured everything they had into the car’s engine and chassis, while the interior team has outdone themselves in terms of styling, materials and features. With a total of four trim levels, rear-wheel or all-wheel drive (RWD, AWD) and three powertrain choices, Cadillac’s 2017 CT6 luxury sedan is looking to take on as many challengers as possible and win.

Pros: "Surperb performance and handling"

Cons: "Small console space and cup holders"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"My first was a 1982 Cimarron (ok to laugh) then a 2007 STS, a 2010 SRX, a 2013 XTS and traded a 2014 XTS for this gem. Car has styling, performance and handling. Most noticeable is the ride quality over the XTS which was not bad but the CT6 gets a 10 out of 10 for ride quality. It handles like a much smaller sports car yet it bathes you in luxury. My only complaint is the lack of storage compartments for the driver. The auto stop/start takes some getting use to but the on/off switch allows you to turn the system off if desired. I looked at the 750 BMW and a S550 Mercedes before choosing to stay with the Cadillac CT6. The lack of performance and handling with earlier big Caddy's drove me to BMW for a spell. Now that they have addressed that concern I see them luring away BMW and Mercedes customers due to the attractive price point of the CT6. Thanks GM for making Cadillac the "standard of the World Again""

Pros: "Nice look"

Cons: "Bad quality finishing plus sounds"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 7

"In my experience with Cadillac, Escalde always the best. SRX is having pushes issues and sounds coming from the front excels. Air conditioning is noisy at high speed fan. XTS seems to me is the best in sedan luxury Cadillac models. I bout CT6 2017 but unfortunately I didn't like it due to the quality of the finishing and different sound coming from interior while driving. The gear transmission is not working properly especially when auto engine stop activated. abnormal sound also can be haired at low speed. I'm really disappointed."
