"This is my family's third Park Avenue, the first of which was a 1995, second a 1997, then this 2001. It has been extremely reliable. Only maintenance done in 190,000 miles was tires, brakes/rotors, wheel hubs, water pump, serpentine belt, power steering pressure hose; basically just normal maintenance, nothing out of the ordinary. Extremely reliable, even with high mileage it is still our car of choice for road trips. Gas mileage in the city has gotten worse as the car gets older; probably about 19mpg now, but well over 30 on the highway. Highly recommended."
"I bought this 1999 used in 2006 with 54K mileage, now have 96K. The only non maintenance cost was a servo for the auto temp climate control.
People don't believe me when I tell them the gas mileage I get, over 30 on hi-way.
More comfortable than my 2006 Envoy SLT (hate it). I'll drive the old Buick any day before the new Envoy!"
"I have owned Cadillacs, Lincoln, Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus. The Buick Park Ave is without exception the very best vehicle I have ever owned. My park ave is dependable, rides like a dream, and the gas milage is fantastic. I get over 24mpg city and almost 31mpg highway. Long story short, the park ave is a great car."
