Over the years, the RX continues to evolve. The current generation has edgier style and the addition of F Sport models that emphasize handling. Even more important to its low cost-to-own figures is its attention to fuel efficiency by complementing the base RX 350 V6 with a hybrid RX 450h model. Lexus recently added a 3-row model to the mix in the form of the L model, though the market is perfectly happy with the standard 2-row trims. That’s why it continues to compete (and win) in this category primarily.

The hybrid, which comes with all-wheel drive standard, delivers impressive fuel economy of 31 mpg city and 28 mpg out on the highway.
The 2021 Lexus RX 350 starts at $45,170 for the front-drive version, while the F Sport variant goes for $51,050. All-wheel drive is available for an extra $1,400. The RX 450h retails for $47,820. All prices exclude $1,025 delivery. Competitively priced, the Lexus RX continues to be a solid bet for low 5-Year Cost to Own due to the high quality of the product.
