Decent truck, poor quality

"Overall, this truck has served me well. However, I've ran into a number of quality issues with the truck. Particularly a blown transmission at 70,000 miles, numerous electrical problems (specifically having to do with the brake lights) and last but not least, the almost all of the paint has peeled away with only the primer showing. Furthermore, while only a 3.9L V6, it's a bit of a gas guzzler. The offroad capability of this truck is outstanding and operates very well in inclement weather. Unfortunately, I don't think this truck has held its value very well."

"I bought this truck brand new in 2000 now 11 years later i still own it with 280,000 miles and a new tranny it is still going strong .. great fuel economy great payload ... and great power it handles like a full size car .. i fit my family in it and went to florida and came back with no problems .... overall grwat veicle i love it"

"This truck is very reliable, never lets me sitting. almost 90000 miles and no problems withs transmission. I dont care what they say it gets terrible gas millage, i might get 13 or 14 in city if im lucky, and under 20 on highway."
