V2Gov (vehicle-to-government) refers to wireless communications between a vehicle and any government entity. Not currently implemented, but future vehicles could interact with the government to report mileage for tax purposes, to renew registration status, or to report entry to a particular jurisdiction. See also V2G, V2I, V2X, VGI, and V2V.
