Not a Hot Rod, Not a Race car. I do not think these things were intended. Toyota does not make a whole lot of mistakes! What it is though, Is the Best Corolla you can lay hands on. Its a Jazzed up commuter car with a little eye candy, and more engine to get you on the Highway quicker. All these reviews say It's not a Hot car as intended. They are right. It is a very nice Corolla. Go drive one and see for yourself.

Purchased new from dealer, Having owned multiple Toyota products in the past without issues, i returned a loyal customer. This product is a LEMON! In and out of Toyota dealer for break issues (3x) in first two yrs. without satisfaction to include emergency brake sensor. Ended up rebuilding front brakes at commercial mechanic, no issues since. Had to replace alternator twice, radio 3x (warranty covered the radio) and now the AC compressor has failed. Again, when working car is a good runabout commuter, city car, easy to drive/park good MPG. This car is not comfortable to drive over 2 hrs. Wind/road/engine noise very noticeable. Interior finish is typical of Toyota, nothing special. I am really disappointed in this product and no longer have trust with it nor Toyota! Hope this helps others in the future.

most reliable car you will ever buy

I bought this car used 3 years ago, have taken it across the country coast to coast 4x, and all I've needed to do was basic maintenance (oil, tires, brakes). It's comfy, and will get you where you need to go, no problem. Not the most flashy car in the world, but that's not why I bought it.
Few dinks runs good new tires alternator belt brakes rotors stereo no problem with engine or transmission

This car is like a good dog, she'll always be there for you, she'll never leave your side even on your worst days, she's excited to see you everyday and all she wants to do is love you and serve you. You are her entire world, yet she is just a piece of yours. You give her the cheapest gas, oil, brakes and tires but she doesn’t care she appreciates it to the moon and back. She doesn’t care about your money. She is a lover not a fighter. She doesn’t whine, she doesn’t bark, she doesn’t bite. She will never know what a mechanic shop looks like. You will always depend on her but not as much as she depends on you. 10/10
do not do this process! you will be harrased by multiple dealers wanting to buy your car when all you wanted was just a value # for absolutely no reason what so ever. KBB just sold your info to the world!

Dependability , gas mileage
Interior road noise
Have had this car since it was brand new and have had zero problems, right now has slightly over 150,000 miles and no issues other than normal wear and tear such as brakes battery and tires, the car consistently gets 32 to 34 miles to the gallon combined. If I had to have a complaint, it would be interior road noise, it’s not bad, but could definitely be better. This is my second Corolla. I had a 95 and it was just as good.
I purchased my 2012 Corolla LE used in 2017 with 35k on it. I now have 178k on it and it is still in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. Other than routine maintenance items, only a few small repairs over the years. New starter, alternator, and water pump. Very low cost to own and operate this Corolla. Pretty sure I can get 300k out of her.
Hard to find a manual transmission in Corolla and awesome MPG‘s 35 plus on the highway 30 around town just a dependable transportation to go back-and-forth to work
no cruise control and cheap climate control knobs , paint is poor quality
I bought a newer 2013 Toyota Corolla m/t with 87,000 to replace my older Mazda protégé m/t they had over 302,000
