Positive Review

Critical Review
I have owned my 91 for 3 years now. I got it with high miles. Engine died at 227K miles. Replaced with a 103K mile engine. The transmission died at around 200K miles. Also replaced. Had to replace the cold start injector and the sensor that controls it. It is very slow. The engine feels like it wants to explode at 70 MPH. Can't wait to get rid of it.

Fun to drive, great on gas
Not much room for the driver and passenger. Money
This is a dependable car and Great on gas. The back seats fold down so there is a lot of storage space for vacation or just carrying a larger object. It is a 1989 and stylish still compared to the cars on the road. Everything works on this vehicle.
Looks, performance, proud of it every time I leave
trying to change the computer to belong to me
what more could I add?
great snow car; good mileage
Bought this car new in 1992 and it has been fabulous! Incredibly reliable, convenient and the all-wheel drive provides great all-weather handling. For 20 years we've been saying we should replace it because its getting old. Never going to happen!
Reliable car
vrey small inside
Car was in pretty poor shape when we bought it cosmetically. Rusted, bumper tied on etc. We only paid 500 for it. It looked awful and the inside was very crowded with only one car seat. But I have to say this car was very reliable and great gas mileage. I got 35mpg on the interstate. Never broke down on us.
GREAT long-haul transport & short trips
10 gallon tank capacity could be bigger
This car has gone many places where the 4-wheelers go, camping, family drives, cross-country trips, around town errands, served as a very comfortable resting car, as the front seats go all the way down. Foot room up front is more than in the brand new 2015 cars, so it is easy to sleep in the front driver seat when there are no motels. This car gets better gas mileage than listed, even fully-loaded, averaging 33+ mpg on the highway at 70 mph, and 28 mpg in the city around town.
It was a great first car. I loved the gas mileage it got cause i am always broke. I never had to worry about it not starting. I have had to replace some stuff but that is part of owning a 20 year old car. It is a great value and i know it will run forever.
No problem. Saves gas. 1.8, larger, engine. Stick
Old, several years over 10.
Got 33 mpg around town to and from work, is standard, 1.8 engine. Beige in color.
drives great, great on gas, very reliable.
