The 2025 Acura ADX is a new model and a new entry point into Honda’s luxury brand. The small crossover SUV serves as a taller, roomier Acura Integra sedan, with which it shares a platform. It’s the same size as the related Honda HR-V, which, like the ADX, stretches out as one of the roomiest subcompact SUVs.
The ADX distinguishes itself with sharper handling and sharper styling, which includes the brand’s Spider-Man webbed grille and razor-like daytime running lights. It also has an upscale interior, with available leather upholstery and a bangin’ Bang & Olufsen sound system. Here’s a look inside the new 2025 Acura ADX.
ADX Passenger Room and Comfort
Like many Honda SUVs, the Acura ADX is one of the roomiest in its class. It’s the same length as the Integra at 185.8 inches, and it comes up less than two inches shorter than the Acura RDX compact SUV. Yet it has the same 104.5-inch wheelbase as the Honda HR-V, so a lot of that length is in its long nose. It seats five but four adults could fit easily, with plenty of headroom in both rows and 37.7 inches of legroom in the rear. By comparison, the Volvo XC40 only has 36.1 inches of rear legroom.
A power driver’s seat comes standard, as does synthetic leather upholstery. With a low dash and broad windshield, the ADX provides a commanding yet comfy view of the road.
ADX Cargo Room and Flexibility
Fold down the 60:40-split rear seats and the cargo space expands from 24.4 to 55.1 cubic feet. There’s tons of room, good enough for four people and their gear to get away for a long weekend, or for a couple to knock out even the most ambitious honey-do list. Smart storage pockets in the doors and consoles also help to declutter the space.
ADX Features and Tech
Acura fits the ADX with all the modern tech and convenience features you’d expect, including a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a wireless device charger, and two 60-watt USB-C charge ports. It also has nearly all of the possible driver-assist systems as standard, including adaptive cruise control. Some luxury automakers charge extra. Options include an infotainment system running on Google built-in, so you don’t even need to pair your phone, the aforementioned 15-speaker sound system, a heated steering wheel, a 360-degree view camera system, and other features.
ADX Materials and Design
The ADX’s cabin impresses on first glance, even though it shares some design elements with new Honda vehicles, such as mesh-patterned vents, a climate control panel with dials, and the 9-inch touchscreen that protrudes from the dash. Still, with standard synthetic leather upholstery and heated front seats, Acura equips it well. We’d step up to at least the A-Spec grade for silver plates on the pedals, microsuede inserts, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and stylish contrasting colors such as Orchid and Silver (let’s go with blue and white) or the red and black combo pictured above. There are a few too many piano black plastic trim pieces, but for the price, it hits right.
