The Touring trim features larger 19-inch wheels, which have a slight impact on fuel economy over the lower hybrid trims with 18-inch wheels. However, the hybrid system still maintains its segment competitiveness in efficiency.
The result is responsive performance in city driving and confident highway passing power, all while achieving excellent fuel economy. At low speeds, it will prioritize all-electric propulsion. Honda’s e-CVT transmission ensures seamless power delivery, and while a CVT isn’t typically the most engaging transmission, the Accord’s balanced chassis makes it one of the more engaging hybrids to drive in its class.
