Ram Dealership Repair Options

After the purchase or lease of your Ram truck, it’s advisable to have repairs done at your local Ram, Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep (CDJR) dealer who is the first point of repair service for the proper maintenance and care of your vehicle. These facilities have up-to-date information on your Ram, in addition to the latest service bulletins and recall notices, as issued by the manufacturer.

In the case of a leased Ram truck, many of these contracts including those from Chrysler Capital, Ram’s financial partner, will require the use of Mopar original equipment parts in the process of making the vehicle whole again. To avoid repair and servicing surprises, examine the parameters of your insurance policy. In some cases, insurance companies will only pay to a certain point, leaving you responsible for any additional overages.

Some FCA vehicles using special materials such as advanced ultra-high-strength and bake-hardened steel, aluminum, magnesium and carbon fiber which require special handling during vehicle repairs. Training
