Positive Review
I have this truck for 1 month with 2600 miles and it has lived up to the reviews and hype! The truck is very reliable with the radio and electronics. The diesel engine has returned excellent mpg ratings - 27-31 on the highway and around 22-24 in town. Keep it around 67 to 69 mph and you can achieve 30 mph, if you keep it around 74-75, then you are around 26-27 mph. Really awesome fuel mileage. The hands-free phone interface works very well and will allow you to call with short sentences like "Call John Smith Mobile". The heated/cooled seats works very efficiently. Interior noise is kept to minimum. Only items to add to this Laramie package in the future would be surround cameras and radar-controlled cruise control.
Critical Review
Had to replace cam and lifters at 89,000 miles apparently this is a known issue for these vehicles with 5.7 liter Hemi.

Around 1500 bighorn 4x4 has been very dependable. Almost no mechanical issues at 95,000 miles. Hemi has enough power though mileages not great at about 15 combined City highway. Light four-wheel drive duties and the ride is pretty comfortable
Good mileage, lots of great features
Price and
I purchased my truck earlier this week and had a great experience with the dealer.
Gas mileage average 19/20 hwy room and ride.
Transmission service is a costly pain and spark plug changes are expensive.
Bought it used 54,000k miles Had for 7yrs has 215,000k now still going. Trading it in for new one today.
Change synthetic oil every 3000 miles
5.7 L hemi gasoline
Like I said, 5.7 L hemi transmission eight speed Allison one small rock chip in the front windshield driver side door 2 inch scratch no dents one ding minor scratches the tailgate half inch. I think it’s RT rubber mat, rhino bed lining tinted windows, quad cab cloth seats, middle front seat Folds down with a compartment for a couple holders two sets of floor mats. Excellent carpet did have to silicone the third tail light. It was leaking no damage no rush in garagefour-wheel-brand new dry cell battery Optima k@n air filter
Reliability
Uconnect screen started to almost peel at 90k miles
I bought this truck new, I had it for 7 years and put 102k miles on it. I had to replace the oil filter housing at 80k miles for a slight leak. That was the only issue I ever had mechanically. The factory breaks lasted 70k miles, and when I changed them there was still meat on the pads.
Really like my truck. Performs reliably, is fairly quiet and seats are comfortable. My SLT is well equipped and is low maintenance. Wished it got better fuel mileage but I guess it’s no worse than the V8 engines from other manufacturers.
I bought this a few days ago used from an Autonation location in Katy, TX. Very nice truck and lots of power with the 5.7
This truck still gets 20 miles to the gallon. It has had zero major issues. I would recommend this truck to anyone and everyone.
