The P0069 code is defined as “Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Correlation.” This means that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Engine Control Module (ECM) is detecting two different readings from your car’s Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor (MAP sensor) and your Barometric Pressure sensor (BARO sensor). These two sensors are supposed to work together, so if they vary too much, it likely means there’s a problem within the engine.

The MAP and BARO sensors are usually contained within the same housing, just sensing two pieces of information.
